As previously mentioned, you can order a blended drink from the Starbucks app. The process might, however, be a little tricky compared to in-store orders. First, not all Starbucks drinks can be blended, like Starbucks Reserve Cold Brew. Second, some Starbucks drinks will only require double blending because they have already been blended during preparation, like refreshers. Also, Starbucks has a category of blended beverages that simply requires you to edit your preferred milk type, number of espresso shots, toppings, sweeteners, and other add-ins.

Ordering any blended drink from the Starbucks app is as easy as finishing a 12-ounce cup of your favorite latte😎.

Here is how:

Download the app, fill in your details, and log in.
Go to the menu, search for the drink you want to order, and click the ’customize’ icon.
If it is a drink that is already blended, you will only need to tap your other customization. Otherwise, you will see an option for preparation method.
Select ‘blended’ as your preferred method.
Select an available store and place your order.

The Starbucks app has a detailed editing format that allows you to personalize your drink beyond the standard option. I love complicated drinks and blended drinks give me the opportunity to go wild. First, you get to choose your milk type, milk foam, and whether you want it steamed, warmed, or extra hot. Then you pick flavors, which include syrups and sauces. Next are the toppings: the topping type, drizzle, cold foam, cinnamon powder, and whipped cream. Lastly, you pick the number of espresso shots, cup size, and sweetener. Note that these options depend on the type of drink you have selected.

Ordering a blended drink in-store is way simpler. The baristas always do everything you ask them to unless it is against the company’s policy, a privilege I usually enjoy with a blast😂. To order a blended drink in-store, you only need to point out to the barista that you want it blended. If you want a double blend, you specify which drinks you want to be mixed, like strawberry acai and lemonade.
